INTRODUCTION

At One Team Management, we are passionate about creating equal opportunities for all professional tennis players. Today, the tennis industry faces a significant imbalance. The sport continues to thrive on the popularity of its biggest stars, and major organizations have centered their attention on top-ranked players—those who command the spotlight and attract commercial sponsorships.

While the achievements of icons like Federer, Nadal, Serena Williams and Djokovic are rightfully celebrated, we see a critical opportunity to support the broader base of professional players. For many, tennis is a break-even pursuit at best. Countless athletes struggle financially, risking their careers for a chance to compete and be seen.

Traditional agencies tend to prioritize rising stars or those who offer immediate financial return. But what about the rest? The hardworking, lower-ranked players who scrape together resources just to stay in the game—who is guiding and supporting them? They have dreams too. They dedicate themselves to the sport with the same intensity, heart, and ambition.

We may not be able to change the system overnight, but we can choose to take action. This is our mission. At OTM, we strive to be the driving force behind the underrepresented—providing the structure, support, and belief they need to keep their dreams alive. No athlete should have to look back wondering, “What if?” This is where the change begins.

Having spent years immersed in the tennis world, it’s difficult to comprehend why the sport has not progressed toward a more equitable, inclusive, and unified professional circuit—especially when compared to other global sports. There remains a common belief that all professional players are fortunate simply to travel the world doing what they love. While that may hold some truth, it does not change the reality: the vast majority of players struggle to move up the ranks because the current structure overwhelmingly rewards only a select few. Reaching the top in tennis is not only extraordinarily competitive but also financially burdensome, creating significant barriers for many talented athletes.

At One Team Management, we also aim to educate and empower players beyond the court. Over the years, we’ve seen athletes overlook the value of sponsors, events, and supporters who genuinely seek to contribute to their growth. That’s why we’re committed to setting internal standards and guidelines for recruiting players—not only those who need support, but those who demonstrate humility, commitment, and a willingness to give back in alignment with our values of mutual respect and professional excellence.
